Role Overview:- The Founder's Office Associate / Senior Associate will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and crossfunctional alignment within the organization. This position works directly with the Founder and senior leadership to drive key business priorities, conduct analytical assessments, and ensure seamless execution of highimpact projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and capable of operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Strategic Initiatives & Executive Support
- Partner with the Founder and leadership team to execute strategic programs and organizational priorities.
- Prepare highquality presentations, business reviews, reports, and decision-support documents.
- Conduct structured problem-solving and provide data-driven recommendations for business challenges. Business Operations & Performance Management
- Track and report performance metrics, KPIs, and project milestones.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across departments.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and process documentation. Research & Analytical Support
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic planning.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support financial, operational, and business modelling activities as required. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Facilitate collaboration between teams including Operations, HR, Finance, Technology, and Client Delivery.
- Monitor progress on key initiatives and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Coordinate leadership reviews, strategic meetings, and stakeholder communication. Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- High level of ownership, discretion, and professionalism
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative environments Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2
- 6 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, or relevant roles
