Responsible for Plan, monitor and review the branch performance in areas of Recruitment, Activation and Current Business Premiums. Department : Agency Sales Supervises : Branch Manager (BM) / Business Associate Manager (BAM) Geographic Area Covered : 3 to 5 branches based on the geography spread / business levels Role & responsibilities
- Strengthen distribution by identifying potential leaders
- Plan, monitor and review the branch performance in areas of Recruitment, Activation and New Business Premiums.
- Manage Advisor career progressions and create a pool of Premier Advisors
- Ensure Retention of Advisors by constantly engaging with them and their leaders
- Drive profitable business by maintaining the desired product mix as prescribed by the company from time to time
- Drive growth in New Business Premium (NBP)
- Ensure good quality of business by ensuring collection of modal FYP as well as Renewal Premiums
- Manage a team of BAM ICs / Location Heads and guide them to achieve their targets on key Agency Parameters.
- Coach, Train and support the reporting managers as well as monitor and review their performance on a regular basis
- Manage relationships with Top producers and leaders in the branches and create appropriate recognition platforms.
- Effectively drive the various tactical measures launched either locally or nationally.
- To ensure that branch spends for various Agency activities are within the approved limits.
- To ensure Employee as well as Distribution retention through active engagement
- Ensure compliance to all internal processes and other compliance standards as set by the Company or the Regulator. Preferred candidate profile
- Should have 10 -15 years of relevant experience
- Currently managing at or more branches
- Agency Expansion Experience
