Corporate Training Sales Manager (Uttar Pradesh)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate leads from schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate organizations for training programs and courses.
- Research potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and educational networks. 2. Client Outreach & Engagement
- Connect with decision-makers (Principals, HR heads, training managers, academic coordinators) to pitch training programs and course offerings.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos for institutional and corporate clients. 3. Sales & Business Development
- Promote training programs, corporate workshops, and competitive exam courses offered by the organization.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and conversions. 4. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with the operations and academic teams to ensure timely execution of signed programs.
- Support in organizing events, seminars, and school or corporate outreach activities. 5. Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate lead data, follow-up status, and conversion records in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review. 6. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with institutional and corporate partners for repeat business and referrals.
