- Fresher Schools Magazine Subscriptions Events Sales Company Primary Plus Events Pvt Ltd Location Noida Employment Type Full time Entry level Fresher Company Overview Primary Plus Events Pvt Ltd specialises in educational publishing and event management services including school magazine subscriptions and associated events The company aims to deliver quality content and services to schools and educational institutions across multiple cities Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and articulate Sales Fresher to join our growing sales team The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads presenting our products and services to prospective clients schools and institutions closing sales and helping expand our client base This role offers a valuable opportunity to build a career in the education publishing and events domain under professional guidance Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential clients including schools government private educational institutions and other organizations within the assigned territory Approach decision makers school administrators coordinators etc present the company s magazine subscription and event services clearly explain benefits and value propositions and persuade them to subscribe or engage Negotiate terms packages and contracts close sales and secure bookings for magazine subscriptions and or events Maintain and manage a database of leads and clients follow up regularly track interactions and update records CRM Excel internal systems Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets set by management contribute to the company s revenue and growth goals Maintain professional relationships with clients for future renewals additional subscriptions or services work to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships Collaborate with internal teams operations delivery marketing to coordinate timely delivery of magazines or event services as per client agreements Present a professional company image during all client interactions communicate clearly courteously and consistently uphold company standards and values Qualifications Skills Required Graduation any discipline freshers are welcome Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or relevant regional language must be confident clear and persuasive Strong interpersonal skills presentable appearance polite demeanor ability to engage with clients build trust and rapport Persuasive target driven customer oriented and result focused mindset Willingness to do field work meet clients in person schools institutions make cold calls conduct visits and travel within assigned area as needed Basic computer proficiency ability to maintain records use spreadsheets MS Office Google Sheets and manage lead client data Ability to work independently and as part of a team good organizational skills time management and follow up discipline Flexible to work as per requirements may involve irregular hours depending on client availability events schedule and meetings Behavioural Attributes Soft Skills Professional and courteous attitude with strong sense of responsibility and integrity Good presentation and negotiation skills ability to handle objections gracefully and close deals confidently Self motivated proactive and willing to learn open to training feedback and continuous improvement Adaptable resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic workplace where priorities may shift e g events subscriptions client meetings Goal oriented with ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines and achieve targets without compromising on quality Compensation Growth Prospects Fixed base salary as per company policy performance based incentives commissions on successful subscriptions bookings renewals Opportunity for professional growth within the organisation with performance and consistency the candidate may progress to senior sales roles team lead or account management positions Training and exposure to the education publishing and events industry opportunity to build client handling negotiation and sales skills from ground up Valuable work experience in B2B B2C sales client relationship management and project coordination especially if involved in events Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 000 00
