- we help companies across industries get ahead and stay ahead Powered by curiosity courage and innovation our teams implement data technology and AI to create tomorrow today Get to know us at genpact com and on LinkedIn X YouTube and Facebook We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Record to Report We re looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience You should have expertise in Accounting Knowledge in Fixed Assets Intercompany and Month end closing and reporting Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities Reporting consolidations Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs SLA and review the timely execution of controls Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements Produce quarterly annual and audited statutory financial statements Review Posting of Month End Journal Entries Review Performing Month End Close activities Prepare Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations Handle quarterly intercompany process Resolution of Balancing Items Experienced Accounting Knowledge With Closing reporting experience Build customer relationship drive confidence and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements Language support required Genpact Delivery Center Language India English Thailand Indonesian Thai Vietnamese Romania Italian Spanish German Good verbal and written communication skills
