Position Overview The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations of the automobile division including sales service production supply chain and profitability This role requires solid leadership industry knowledge and strategic planning capabilities to drive business growth and operational excellence Key Responsibilities 1 Business Operations Strategy Develop and implement business strategies to meet company goals Oversee end-to-end operations including sales service manufacturing and distribution Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities 2 Sales Marketing Management Drive sales targets for vehicles parts and services Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding and promotional strategies Build strong relationships with dealerships suppliers and key clients 3 Production Supply Chain Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure productivity and quality standards Manage procurement vendor relations and supply chain efficiency Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards 4 Financial Budget Control Prepare and manage annual budgets forecasts and financial plans Monitor P L cost control and resource utilization Achieve monthly and annual revenue and profit targets 5 Team Leadership HR Coordination Lead teams across departments
