Role Objective
To expand V-Guard Solar Power Systems business by appointing current distributors and dealers, driving sales growth, and strengthening market presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Appoint and onboard new distributors and dealers for SPS products
Conduct regular market visits, identify current business opportunities, and convert potential retailers.
Gather competitor insights, pricing information, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
Communicate and implement trade schemes, discounts, and incentive programs effectively.
Support distributor billing, collection follow-ups, and ensure adherence to company credit policies.
Ensure proper stock availability, monitor rapid-moving and slow-moving SKUs, and coordinate replenishment.
Participate in product training programs and stay updated with new launches and features.
Track daily sales activities and update DMS / CRM systems accurately.
Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, electricians, and influencers to increase brand loyalty.
Execute in-store promotions, displays, branding, and visibility activities to enhance market presence.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across product categories.
Develop and expand the retail network, ensuring effective coverage of the assigned territory.
Requirements:
Graduate/ Btech in any discipline
2+ years sales experience (solar / lithium/battery /inverters products preferred) or 1 year in Insurance/Paint/Electrical industry
Good communication & convincing skills
