Job description Role & responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end operational management of the organization. The position focuses on driving operational excellence, efficiency, and scalable growth across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and compliance functions. The role works closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to translate business strategy into execution, ensuring productivity improvement, cost optimization, and solid operational performance. Key Highlights
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with business goals.

- Operations Oversight: Manage manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality functions across locations.

- Process Improvement: Drive automation, lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Financial Management: Control budgets, optimize costs, and improve profitability.

- Team Leadership: Lead senior teams, build high-performance culture, and develop leadership pipeline.

- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and quality standards.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like productivity, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. Preferred candidate profile
- Must be Textile Technology / Textile Engineering plus MBA or advanced management qualification preferred.
- 18-20+ years of experience in operations in Garments/Apparel Industry only

- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP/COO/Head of Operations)

- Strong exposure to Textile / Garments / Apparel / Apparel exports Industry.

- Proven ability to manage large, multi-location operations
