Assembly Machine Operator (Uttar Pradesh)

Key Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and commission assembly machines and equipment
- Machine Operation & Setup: Load raw materials, set up fixtures, and start/stop automated assembly machines according to technical specifications.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and minor troubleshooting of PLC-based systems, sensors, pneumatics, and robotics.
- Quality Control: Monitor production for defects, perform in-process inspections, and ensure products meet quality standards, such as practices.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineering teams to improve cycle times and reduce downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, including, downtime, and material usage records.
- Coordinate with vendors for machine upgrades and spare parts Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: B.tech, Diploma, or Vocational Training in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Experience with pneumatic systems, sensors, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy components (up to 50 lbs), and possess valuable hand-eye coordination.
