Role & responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify business opportunities across highways, railways, and industrial zones. Develop and maintain solid relationships with EPC contractors, government agencies, consultants, and infrastructure developers. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and order closure.
- Technical Sales: Provide technical guidance on solar PV systems, including panel efficiency, tilt angle optimization, grid connectivity, and energy generation concepts. Coordinate with engineering and design teams for integration of solar modules into noise barrier and infrastructure projects. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and feasibility studies based on client requirements.
- Project Coordination: Serve as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and EPC partners to ensure smooth project execution. Support activities related to design approvals, technical clarifications, installation planning, commissioning, and project handover.
- Market Strategy & Analysis: Monitor market trends, government regulations, renewable energy policies, and subsidy programs related to solar infrastructure. Contribute to business growth through strategic inputs on product positioning, pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and go-to-market planning. Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (rooftop, ground-mounted, BIPV).
- Techno-commercial proposal preparation & tender management.
- Stakeholder engagement (B2B/Govt.) with excellent communication skills. Qualifications
- Bachelors in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Renewable Energy (MBA optional).
- 3–8 years in Solar EPC, project sales, or technical sales.
