Department Sales & Business Development Reporting To Sales Manager / Business Development Head Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer queries, manage the sales pipeline on Zoho CRM, prepare accurate quotations, and collaborate with the field sales team to keep all deals progressing efficiently toward closure. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online queries from existing and prospective customers professionally and promptly
- Understand customer requirements related to networking, cybersecurity, voice & video, and ELV solutions and coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for accurate responses
- Prepare, send, and track sales quotations and proposals using Zoho CRM
- Maintain and update all leads, opportunities, and deal stages accurately within Zoho CRM on a daily basis
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls and emails on active opportunities to ensure timely deal progression
- Assist the field sales team by tracking deals in the pipeline and providing timely reminders and status updates
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (pre-sales, logistics, accounts) for order fulfillment and delivery updates
- Generate and share weekly CRM reports open opportunities, follow-up due dates, deal stages, and closure forecasts
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers to promote repeat business and long-term relationships
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while engaging with customers on existing accounts Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; B.E./B.Tech in IT, Electronics, or Computers preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer support in an IT/technology company
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or any other CRM tool for pipeline management and quotation generation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to understand and explain basic IT infrastructure products and solutions
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and correspondence
- Self-motivated with solid organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach to sales Good to Have
- Prior experience in IT system integration, networking, or telecom sales
- Familiarity with brands such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Polycom, Bosch, or similar OEMs
- Basic understanding of IT solution categories: LAN/WAN, firewalls, surveillance, PA systems, structured cabling
