Director, Learning Experience Architecture (Uttar Pradesh)

The Chance We’re looking for a Director, Learning Experience Architect to set the standard for how learning is designed, delivered, and measured across our global organization. This is not a typical design role. You’ll operate as a senior advisor to clients, a quality and strategy leader internally, and a builder of capability across our most experienced consultants. You’ll shape how we approach performance consulting, define what “great” looks like in learning design, and influence how emerging technologies, including AI, are embedded into our workflows. If you’re someone who has moved beyond execution and now drives direction, quality, and impact at scale, this is where you’ll do your best work. What You’ll Do Partner with senior client stakeholders to diagnose performance challenges and define learning strategies that drive measurable business outcomes Translate complex problems into scalable, multi-modal learning architectures and program approaches Set and enforce design, quality, and measurement standards across the organization Review and elevate work from senior designers and consultants, strengthening overall consulting rigor Lead discovery conversations that separate true business needs from surface-level training requests Shape solution design for proposals and high-value engagements Guide how AI and emerging tools are applied across design and delivery workflows Coach and develop senior team members, raising capability and strategic independence Oversee multiple complex programs at a strategic level, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact Job requirements What You Bring 15 years in instructional design, learning strategy, or performance consulting Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-level learning engagements Strong performance consulting mindset, with the ability to diagnose root causes and connect learning to business outcomes Expertise in designing large-scale, multi-audience learning ecosystems Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity with confidence Track record of setting standards, improving quality, and elevating team capability Comfort operating at both strategic and practical levels, from shaping direction to reviewing outputs Familiarity with AI-enabled design workflows and emerging learning technologies If you’re ready to step into a role where you define the bar, not just meet it, we’d love to connect.
