The Mission: AI Ranking & Product Automation We are looking for a Senior Lead to drive Hyperlocal AEO strategy and scale GMB growth using AI-first systems. Your goal is to move beyond manual SEO and implement AI Ranking (GPT-Rank) to dominate both search engines and AI answer platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Ranking & Visibility (The AEO Edge) GPT-Rank Optimization: Ensure profiles are recommended by LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity SGE Dominance: Optimize GMB profiles to win AI-generated local packs & snapshots AEO Strategy: Build agentic workflows to increase Share of Voice across AI ecosystems 2. GMB Activation & Growth Scaling Own full lifecycle: Setup → Bulk Verification → Activation → Bulk Optimization Build automation-first pipelines to scale thousands of listings Handle suspensions, reinstatements, and compliance at scale with structured SOPs Drive enterprise-level GMB growth across multi-location businesses 3. Product Leadership & Analytics Track AI visibility, ranking signals, call volume & conversions Translate manual execution into scalable productized workflows Work closely with leadership to build AI-led growth engines Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable) Hands-on experience managing 500 branch/location profiles (industry agnostic – not limited to healthcare) Strong expertise in: Bulk Verification of GMB profiles Bulk Optimization at scale Experience using 4–5 GMB/Local SEO tools and transparent understanding of: Their use cases Differences in optimization capabilities When to use which tool for scale Who You Are Scale Expert: You’ve handled large-volume listings and understand operational complexity AI-First Thinker: You leverage AI & automation to 10x efficiency Execution-Driven: You prioritize live, verified, optimized profiles Problem Solver: You can navigate Google compliance, suspensions, and edge cases calmly Ownership Mindset: You think like a product owner, not just an executor Why Join Us?
