Role Description The Technical Manager – Veterinary Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Hassan, responsible for leading veterinary and dairy wellness initiatives for Silo Fortune’s customers. The role involves providing technical guidance on livestock health, dairy hygiene, nutrition, and herd management to farmers, field teams, and channel partners. The Technical Manager will conduct farm visits, perform herd health assessments, troubleshoot on-ground issues, and recommend evidence-based solutions aligned with Silo Fortune’s product portfolio. The person in this role will support research and development activities, including field trials, product performance evaluations, and data collection for continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include training internal teams and farmers, supporting technical content creation, collaborating with sales and marketing on on-ground programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards.
