Our Hassan facility boasts of one of the world’s largest integrated manufacturers of Bedding products with a Capacity of 61 MMPA/12 MSSPA. Our Terry Towel operation is also amongst the world’s largest integrated manufacturers of Terry Towel products with a capacity of 30,000 TPA. We also operate the world’s largest Cotton Spinning plant under one roof equipped with 211,584 spindles. Our spinning plant is one of the leanest, cleanest and the most automated and productive plants in the world.

Job description

Role Purpose

Deputy Manager – HR (Total Rewards) will be responsible for managing end-to-end compensation & perks operations, payroll administration, employee lifecycle processes, statutory compliance, grievance handling and audit coordination. The role also involves ensuring seamless employee experience through on-boarding, helpdesk management and compliance with internal, statutory and buyer audit requirements.
