Lead Typescript - Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET (Thanisandra)

Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and innovation
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, technical requirements, and delivery timelines
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the team
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance on performance optimization
- Contribute to strategic decisions on technology stack and architecture Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET Core
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
