Android Developer (Thanisandra)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain native mobile applications on or Android (Kotlin/Java) with clean architecture and robust test coverage .
- Collaborate in end-to-end delivery: code, test, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and production support .
- Mentor junior engineers and champion code reviews, quality standards, and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve performance, security, and scalability issues.
- Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs securely and efficiently.
- Contribute to mobile strategy, architecture discussions, and tech guilds. Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in mobile development:
- Android: Kotlin/Java, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Coroutines, Gradle, instrumentation testing
- Strong proficiency in source control (Git/GitFlow) and mobile CI/CD tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Experience in UI automation and performance testing.
- Understanding of secure coding, app performance tuning, and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration. Preferred
- Mobile analytics or crash reporting tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics)
- Banking or fintech domain experience.
