Senior Pega Engineer – Case Management (7+ Years)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Pega qualified with strong expertise in Pega Case Management to design, build, and support large-scale enterprise workflows. The role involves delivering robust, compliant, and scalable case life-cycle solutions in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end case management solutions using Pega. Develop and optimize case types, stages, steps, SLAs, and approvals. Apply Pega best practices for performance, reusability, and maintainability. Collaborate with business, product, and architecture teams to translate requirements into Pega solutions. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards. Provide technical leadership, reviews, and mentoring to junior team members. Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience 7+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Case Management. Solid experience with Case Life Cycle, Work Queues, SLA, Flow Actions, and UI rules. Experience working in large enterprise / BFSI environments. Pega certification (CSA / CSSA / LSA) preferred.
