CI CD - ACI MTS Developer (Thanisandra)

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced ACI MTS (Money Transfer System) Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support payment processing applications, primarily focusing on ACI Worldwide MTS platform . The role involves working on real-time payments, SWIFT/ISO 20022 messaging, and integration with banking/payment systems . Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions on ACI MTS platform to support payment processing workflows.
- Work on high-value domestic and cross-border payments including SWIFT/ISO 20022 message processing.
- Perform enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests in ACI MTS modules.
- Develop and maintain payment message transformations , routing logic, and integration layers.
- Participate in end-to-end SDLC activities : requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Support ISO 20022 migration initiatives and ensure compliance with evolving payment standards.
- Work on production support , including incident resolution, monitoring, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, infrastructure) for delivery and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and release notes . Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills
- Strong experience in ACI MTS (Money Transfer System) development and configuration
- Knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX messages, ISO 20022 standards Proficiency in:Java / Core Java SQL, Unix/Linux Shell scripting
- Experience with middleware, messaging systems, and integration tools
- Good understanding of database concepts and transaction processing Domain Knowledge
- Banking and payments domain exposure:Cross-border paymentsHigh-value paymentsPayment lifecycle processing
- Knowledge of RTGS, SWIFT, FED, or global payments systems is a plus Preferred Skills
- Experience with:ACI MTS Control Center / Platform Manager Message routing, queue processing, diagnostics
- Exposure to:API integrations Cloud or modern architecture (optional)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Soft Skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in production support and high-pressure environments
- Team collaboration and ownership mindset Experience & Qualification
- 7+ of experience in ACI MTS / Payment systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field Nice to Have
- Experience in ISO 20022 migration projects
- Exposure to global banking clients or payment transformation programs
