Job Role: Junior Architect (2–3 Years Experience) Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Architect to support design development, technical coordination, and project execution across residential projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop floor plans, layouts, and design iterations based on client requirements and principal architect inputs
- Assist in concept development and spatial planning
- Coordinate with the interior designer to ensure design consistency across plans and visuals
- Prepare detailed working drawings including plans, sections, and elevations
- Collaborate with structural consultant for structural integration.
- Assist in GFC drawing sets preparation
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation Required:
- 2–3 years of experience in architectural practice
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp (preferred)
- Basic understanding of construction details and materials
- Ability to handle revisions and deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education:
