Position Title: Front Office Executive Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, client coordination, communication, and administrative support for the veterinary division. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a professional attitude while handling clients, visitors, and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and attend walk-in clients professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications.
- Coordinate with clients regarding advertisements, bookings, schedules, approvals, and payments.
- Maintain records of enquiries, invoices, quotations, and client databases.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management and sales teams.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and accounts departments for smooth workflow.
- Follow up on pending payments, approvals, and documentation.
- Maintain office files, registers, and administrative documents.
- Prepare daily reports and update management regarding client interactions.
- Ensure professional hospitality and support for visitors and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in front office, customer support, administration, or client handling preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email handling, and basic computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills. Preferred Attributes
- Experience in advertisement, media, healthcare, or service industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments efficiently.
- Strong telephone etiquette and client relationship skills. Salary As per industry standards and experience. Working Hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and 3.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
