Job Role: Junior Architect (2–3 Years Experience)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Architect to support design development, technical coordination, and project execution across residential projects.
Key Responsibilities: Develop floor plans, layouts, and design iterations based on client requirements and principal architect inputs Assist in concept development and spatial planning Coordinate with the interior designer to ensure design consistency across plans and visuals Prepare detailed working drawings including plans, sections, and elevations Collaborate with structural consultant for structural integration. Assist in GFC drawing sets preparation Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation
Required: 2–3 years of experience in architectural practice Proficiency in: AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp (preferred) Basic understanding of construction details and materials Ability to handle revisions and deadlines Solid communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
Experience: Architecture: 2 years (Required)
Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
