Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Schedule and conduct site visits with potential customers
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close deals
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure. Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Presentable and confident personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Pay: ₹20,000.00
