PED Manager (Hindupuram)

We have opening for PED Manager One of our client (MNC) Location: Hindupur Andhra Pradesh Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage PED (Production Engineering & Development) projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements using tools like Line Balancing, Cycle Time Reduction, Methods Engineering, Productivity Improvement, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source components that meet quality standards while controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements by implementing effective documentation control processes.
- Analyze data from various sources to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Proven track record in Lean transformation, cycle time reduction, line balancing, process capability improvement
- Exposure to NPI/ industrialisation and structured change management Lead and govern the plants process engineering function to deliver secure, capable, cost-effective and scalable manufacturing processes. The role drives process design, standardisation, productivity improvement, capacity planning, NPI industrialisation, and continuous improvement. Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-19 years of experience in Process Engineering or related field (Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
- Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, including line balancing techniques.
- Proficiency in methods engineering principles for improving productivity and reducing cycle times.
