We are hiring an Architect for our real estate firm to handle design, planning and execution support for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities: Concept design, layouts and working drawings, planning as per UDCPR/DCPR, design development to execution stage, feasibility reports, site coordination, consultant coordination and approval support.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of UDCPR/DCPR, AutoCAD mandatory (SketchUp/Revit preferred), experience in feasibility and construction drawings, good coordination skills.
