Description
: Primary Purpose The Training Executive will support the Training Head in implementing learning and development initiatives across Della Resorts & Adventure. The role is responsible for ensuring effective execution of induction programs, training coordination, audits, employee engagement activities, and training data management while driving the organization’s service standards, values, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Training Coordination & Administration Maintain and update training records, reports, MIS, and employee training data. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training reports and dashboards. Generate Daily Online Review Management (ORM) reports and maintain ORM tracking dashboards. Monitor targets versus achievements and share reports with the training team. Assist in root cause analysis of negative ORM feedback along with the Training Head. Coordinate departmental training schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned training programs. Induction & Orientation Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners. Organize refresher induction sessions for existing employees. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all induction and orientation sessions. Ensure all employees are aligned with company policies, culture, grooming, and service standards. Audits & Compliance Conduct daily grooming audits across departments. Conduct departmental briefing audits and ensure SOP compliance. Compile and maintain audit reports for management review. Support the Training Head in conducting SOP knowledge assessments and skill evaluations. Coordinate corrective actions and follow-up training based on audit findings. Employee Engagement & Communication Support planning and execution of Townhall meetings. Prepare presentations, reports, and data for Townhall sessions. Coordinate with departments and core committees for smooth execution of employee communication initiatives. Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition initiatives. Coordinate birthday celebrations and employee motivation activities. Hospitality Training & Liaisoning Liaise with hospitality colleges and institutes for industrial training exposure programs. Coordinate onboarding and placement of industrial trainees as per departmental requirements. Maintain trainee records and coordinate evaluations with operational departments. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a customer-service-oriented approach. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams. Excellent grooming and qualified appearance. Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Strong coordination and organizational skills. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a customer-service-oriented approach. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams. Educational Qualification Graduate in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Certification or specialization in Training & Development will be an added advantage. Experience 2–4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Human Resources. Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or luxury service industry preferred.
