Establish and review Estimation Policies and Procedures. Reporting & Strategic Oversight: Provide leadership with insights on cost optimization and project risks. Minimum Qualification:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Estimation and Quantity Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing high-end commercial or luxury residential projects
