System Engineer (Haryana)

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: NCR JobType: full time This role focuses on providing high-quality technical support with a strong emphasis on understanding, analyzing, and troubleshooting APIs and SDKs. You will act as a bridge between technical systems and users, ensuring smooth integration, issue resolution, and optimal usage of platform capabilities. The position requires analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to dive deep into technical documentation and API behavior to support internal and external stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for API- and SDK-based integrations, ensuring issues are diagnosed and resolved efficiently. Analyze, inspect, and dissect APIs to understand request/response flows, authentication methods, and data structures. Assist customers or internal teams in debugging API-related issues, including error handling, performance concerns, and integration challenges. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical issues and relay actionable feedback. Review technical documentation and help improve clarity, usability, and accuracy based on real-world support scenarios. Guide users on best practices for API consumption, SDK usage, and integration workflows. Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns to improve support processes. Ensure timely communication and resolution while maintaining a high standard of technical accuracy and professionalism. What Makes You a Great Fit You have a strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and how modern software systems integrate. You are comfortable breaking down API calls, reading logs, and interpreting technical documentation. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues. You can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, methodical, and proactive in identifying root causes rather than surface-level fixes.
