Maintenance Manager (Haryana)

Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Jhajjar, Haryana Experience Required: Minimum 6+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including plant utilities, facility infrastructure, and laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, safety compliance, and operational efficiency across all systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all plant equipment and utilities, including UPS systems, elevators, vacuum compressors, HVAC systems, and fire alarm systems
- Oversee general electrical systems, lighting, and overall facility maintenance
- Handle maintenance of clean room environments and AC/VR systems
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of liquid nitrogen systems and pressure vessels
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments (e.g., testing machines, analytical instruments, and lab utilities)
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Manage vendor relationships, including selection, coordination, and performance monitoring
- Lead vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of breakdowns
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, calibration records, and compliance reports Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of plant, facility, and laboratory maintenance systems
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical systems, and industrial equipment
- Familiarity with lab equipment maintenance and calibration procedures
- Positive understanding of clean room maintenance standards
- Expertise in handling utility systems and critical equipment
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Positive communication and team management skills Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
