Structural Engineer (Haryana)

Our client is a leading Indian multinational in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector, specializing in high-tech manufacturing and services The role is initially a 6-month contract, with the possibility of an extension depending on performance and project requirements Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the fabrication and erection of various structural works including:
- Technological and modular structures
- Columns, trusses, platforms (including circular platforms)
- Ladders, staircases, and handrails
- Pipe racks and Pipe Supports
- Equipment Structures, platforms, supports and dress-up of columns/vessels
- Cable racks, crane gantry girders, monorails Ensure structural works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Review and interpret structural drawings and material specifications with high accuracy. Prepare material look-ahead plans, monitor resource availability, and ensure efficient utilization. Plan and manage daily activities to achieve target productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards. Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and ensure certification from clients. Track scope completion, carry out measurement verification, and manage material reconciliation. Ensure compliance with organizational safety procedures and participate in risk assessments and tool-box talks. Qualifications & Skills:
- BE, B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or large industrial projects.
- Solid technical knowledge of structural systems and components in field construction.
- Capable of independent planning, problem-solving, and executing field activities.
