Production Manager (Haryana)

Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with hands-on experience in Injection Moulding and IML (In-Mould Labeling) operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, achieving production targets, improving machine efficiency, reducing rejection and downtime, and ensuring quality compliance. The role includes manpower handling, production planning, troubleshooting, process optimization, and coordination with maintenance and quality teams. Candidates must have solid technical knowle dge of injection moulding machines, moulds, robotics, and IML systems. Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or related field with 8-15 years of relevant experience in plastic or FMCG packaging manufacturing is preferred.
