Engineer - Telco Cloud B&R Support - Gurgaon (Third Party …, Haryana

This role is on a third-party payroll and comes with a renewable contract Key accountabilities key result / decision areas (outcomes)
- To provide next level technical support for Global customer service centers and platform supervision centers by resolving low to medium complex SDX,SD-WAN,uCPE,OPC & Telco Cloud problems referred to the team in an effective and timely manner keeping in view functional KPIs
- To identify Platform & Services capacity issues and co-ordinate with planning teams and rollout teams to ensure\ timely capacity upgrades
- To contribute to Network performance and customer satisfaction business objectives by providing high quality second level technical support on all SDX,OPC & Telco Cloud platforms and services in Company.
- To implement assigned high impact and complex changes on the service platform and virtualized infrastructure while demonstrating highest adherence to network change management procedures
- To contribute in Technical Incident Reports for major network incidents and problems. Knowledge and Abilities
- Excellent knowledge of communication standards and OSI/commercial protocols as follows: Virtualization Technologies
- Linux, SD- WAN, SDN, Vmware, BluePlanet Kubernetes, Rancher, CICD, Ansible & Python will be the added advantage.
- Professional level of knowledge and hands on troubleshooting experience on Two or more of the following technologies
- SDN/NFV (Software Defined Network/Network Function Virtualization) with RedHat OpenStack/ OpenShift / KVM/Linux
- Cloud Infrastructure and Container-as-a-Service support (IaaS/CaaS) with VMWare Sphere/EXSi, NSX-T
- Rancher Kubernetes/Container/Dockers
- Juniper Contrail
- Ciena BluePlanet
- Network Automation development with Python, RedHat Ansible, PERL, ShellTCP/IP protocols experience (MPLS, IP,IS-IS,BGP,Mp-BGP). Hardware:
- Dell Switch & Servers
- CISCO Routers,
- Juniper MX Routers & QFX Switches
- Excellent Analytical and trouble-shooting skills
