Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop new products from concept to market launch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Conduct formulation development activities for solid oral dosage forms (tablets) using OSD technology.

- Perform literature search, PDR, MFR, and exhibit batches preparation to support product development life cycle.

- Lead scale up and stability studies efforts to ensure successful technology transfer from lab to plant.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to formulations, manufacturability, and quality control.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in formulation research & development (R&D;).

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharma) from a recognized institution.

- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
