- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle domestic calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Process customer requests, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and quality metrics. Job Requirements :
- 0.6-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English & Punjabi language.
