Job Purpose: To ensure reliable and efficient operation of all electrical systems, equipment, and utilities during the assigned shift by leading the electrical maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:

- The role is responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime, implementing preventive maintenance plans, maintaining safety standards, and supporting production continuity through timely technical intervention. Qualifications & Experience: 6 years Degree in Electrical Engineering Key Skills & Competencies:  Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MCC, PCC, AC /DC Drives, PLCs, HMI, EOT Cranes, Motors, and automation equipment. Power system.CBM,PM,PLC Communication & computer architecture,SCADA,HMI  Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults.  Familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.  Understanding of industrial safety standards and electrical codes.  Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.  Experience in energy management and load distribution.  Leadership and team management skills to guide shift electricians and Shift incharge.  Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability during breakdowns.  Effective communication and coordination with production and maintenance teams. Ability to solve problem by finding appropriate CAPA & root cause. Why Join Us?
