3d Cad Designer Mechanical And Product Engineering Haryana

We are looking for a highly skilled 3D CAD Designer with solid expertise in mechanical design, technical drawings, and part development. This role focuses on creating production ready CAD designs for high-volume manufacturing, especially for phone cases, laptop accessories, and multi-material assemblies (PC + TPU).

You will translate concepts into accurate, manufacturable designs and work closely with factories and internal teams across India, China, and the US.

Key Responsibilities CAD Modeling & Part Design

• Design exact 3D CAD models for phone cases, laptop cases, iPad covers, and accessories


• Create multi-part assemblies (PC + TPU, magnets, microfiber layers)


• Ensure proper fitment, tolerances, and clearances


• Handle variations across multiple device models

Mechanical Design & Engineering

• Develop durable and functional mechanical structures


• Design for injection molding, snap-fit, and MagSafe systems


• Optimize designs based on material behavior

Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Create 2D drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and annotations


• Prepare files for CNC and tooling


• Maintain documentation and revisions Manufacturing & Factory Coordination


• Coordinate with factories for validation and feedback


• Resolve fitment, CNC, and material issues

Phone Case Design Specialization


• Design accurate camera cutouts and button placements, ensure wireless charging compatibility and align designs with printing areas

Design Optimization & Scalability


• Optimize for mass production


• Standardize across SKUs


• Improve efficiency for bulk variations

Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills

• Fusion 360 / SolidWorks / Creo / Rhino


• Mechanical design and tolerance knowledge


• Injection molding design rules


• Technical drawing expertise

Manufacturing Knowledge

• Injection molding and CNC experience


• Plastic part design


• Understanding of shrinkage, draft angles, and wall thickness

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work in rapid-paced environments
