- Must be able to meet the Clients for various meetings during the course of the project
- Research capability for materials
- Research capability of market rates
- Vendor management
- Invoicing and BOQ management
- Handling and preparation of handover documents
- Handilng all of Vendors and Clients
- Handling MEP HAVC Electirical fire fighting furniture ducting etc
