- Experience in blended process including voice and email campaigns
- Possess robust knowledge of Banking products (specially US Payments)
- Answering incoming calls and emails regarding product and services and general queries
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Update customer information in CRM during and after each call.
- Work with the team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in processes.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Being empathetic in all customer interactions Skills required

- Excellent Documentation/E-mail skills
- Knowledge of CRM and Telephony like Avaya, Salesforce etc
- Quick learner and passion for Customer Service
- Multi-tasking and good comprehension skills Education and experience required

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Graduate
