- Healthcare RCM Operations for a healthcare revenue cycle project involving Payor Mapping and Data Keying. The role requires hands-on experience in healthcare RCM, medical billing support, billing verification, payment posting support, remittance processing, eligibility verification, or similar healthcare back-office operations. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day production, quality, staffing, turnaround time, and process compliance for an office-based operations team in Gurugram. The process includes handling healthcare documents such as EOBs, remittance advice, payer correspondence, denial letters, insurance checks, and patient payment stubs. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for Payor Mapping and Data Keying, ensuring accurate payer identification and correct entry of claim-related, financial, and remittance information into the required system.
- Manage a team of associates, planning shift coverage, monitoring productivity, tracking quality performance, and ensuring work is completed within defined turnaround time. The candidate will work closely with QA, training, and operations leadership to address errors, improve process performance, and support recent hire ramp-up.
- Maintain operational reporting for production volumes, SLA adherence, quality scores, staffing, and process issues. The role requires strong control over data confidentiality, audit readiness, and secure handling of healthcare information. Required Experience
- The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare RCM operations, preferably in medical billing, billing verification, payment posting support, remittance processing, payor mapping, data keying, eligibility verification, or denial-related processes.
- Prior experience in managing a small to mid-sized team in a healthcare BPO or RCM setting is required. The candidate should have a working understanding of productivity, accuracy, SLA, TAT, quality audits, and user-level performance management. Skills and Competencies The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of healthcare documents such as EOBs, remittance advice, denial letters, payer correspondence, insurance checks, and patient payment stubs. The role requires strong Excel and reporting skills, good communication, team handling ability, issue resolution skills, and the ability to manage high-volume operations with consistent quality. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, PHI handling, and healthcare data confidentiality is a plus. Preferred Profile The ideal candidate is a hands-on healthcare RCM operations qualified who can manage floor operations, maintain quality discipline, lead teams across shifts, and ensure timely delivery.
