Job Purpose: To ensure reliable and effective operation of allelectrical systems, equipment, and utilities during the assigned shift byleading the electrical maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities: Heading 1: Description of the role The role is responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime, implementing preventive maintenance plans, maintaining safety standards, and supporting production continuity through timely technical intervention.

Qualifications Experience: 6 years Degree inElectrical Engineering

Key Skills Competencies:

Solid knowledge ofelectrical systems, MCC, PCC, AC /DC Drives, PLCs, HMI, EOT Cranes, Motors, andautomation equipment. Power system.CBM,PM,PLC Communication computerarchitecture,SCADA,HMI

Expertise introubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults.

Familiar with preventiveand predictive maintenance practices.

Understanding ofindustrial safety standards and electrical codes.

Ability to read andinterpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Experience in energymanagement and load distribution.

Leadership and teammanagement skills to guide shift electricians and Shift incharge.

Quick decision-making andproblem-solving ability during breakdowns.

Effective communicationand coordination with production and maintenance teams.

Ability to solve problem byfinding appropriate CAPA root cause.
