Instructional Designer (Haryana)

Job role
- Create complex, high-quality, and creative instructional materials and learning solutions using proven instructional design methodology and current industry trends.
- Collaborate with SME to develop course content.
- Write content scripts, storyboards, practice exercises video/audio scripts, assessments, participants, and facilitator guides.
- Develop new and update existing print and interactive, web-based multimedia training content, incorporating various media technologies into web-based training materials.
- Develop/input graphics, audio, animations, video, and interactions into training content and marketing purposes for Operational training.
- Perform quality control including evaluating, testing, and editing deliverables after they are drafted or completed. Strong attention to detail a must.
- Troubleshoot technical delivery issues across multiple platforms and devices (SCORM/LMS, Tin Can (xAPI) web-delivery).
- This position will also provide technical and operational support for AMH Services learning platform.
- Experience with LMS operation and maintenance is a plus: Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance, and escalation management.
