- Events Marketing Operations Location: Gurugram, India Experience Required: 2+ years in event planning and execution, preferably in IT/Tech sector Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all corporate, internal, and external events
- including conferences, webinars, client meetings, trade shows, partner events, webinars, podcasts, and employee engagement activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with our brand and business goals. You will play a dual role: managing and executing high-impact events (online and offline) and acting as the initial point of contact for incoming customer/prospect calls and website inquiries. - leave a lasting, positive impression. Key Responsibilities: 1. Event Management (70%) 2. Support end-to-end execution of internal and external events including conferences, trade shows, partner events, webinars, workshops, and client engagements (physical, virtual, and hybrid). 3. Manage event logistics such as venue coordination, vendor management, registrations, speaker coordination, travel support, and on-ground execution. 4. Work with internal stakeholders (sales, OEM teams, leadership) to understand event objectives and ensure timely delivery. 5. Coordinate event branding requirements including booths, standees, collaterals, kits, and giveaways. 6. Handle event registrations, attendee lists, and post-event follow-ups in coordination with the marketing and sales teams. 7. Track basic event metrics such as attendance, leads generated, and post-event feedback. 8. Ensure smooth on-day execution and act as the primary point of coordination during events. 1. Marketing Operations (20%) 2. Support marketing operations processes to improve execution efficiency and reporting. 3. Coordinate with digital marketing and sales teams to ensure event leads are captured, updated, and tracked in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce). 4. Manage and track POE (Proof of Execution) claims for OEM partners such as Microsoft, SAP, and Adobe. 5. Assist with email campaigns, newsletters rollout and event-related marketing workflows (coordination and execution support). 6. Help maintain and update marketing databases, dashboards, and basic reports. 7. Support website updates related to events, landing pages, and registration forms by coordinating with relevant teams. 8. Track competitor activities related to events, partnerships, and campaigns and share periodic summaries. 1. Adhoc Requests (10%) 2. Deliver any adhoc requests shared by the marketing leader in order to streamline marketing tasks. 3. Assist in cross-functional coordination for ongoing marketing initiatives as required. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in event execution or marketing operations (B2B / IT / Tech preferred).
- Hands-on experience in coordinating vendors, events, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
