Graduate Engineer Trainee Haryana

Assist in developing and enhancing software applications, APIs, and platform components under senior engineers' guidance. Apply software engineering best practices, coding standards, and design principles to write clean, readable, and maintainable code. Participate in unit testing, debugging, and basic performance optimization of applications. Support the implementation of small proof-of-concepts, prototypes, or technology experiments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and architecture. Gain exposure to up-to-date development tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms through projects. Contribute to technical documentation, version control, and CI/CD activities. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with mentoring support. Actively participate in learning initiatives, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Job Requirements Robust programming fundamentals with Java or other object-oriented languages. Understanding of OOPS concepts and basic knowledge of data structures and problem-solving. Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Willingness to learn multithreading, performance basics, and system design concepts. Basic awareness or coursework exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). Exposure to Docker, containers, or serverless concepts is a plus. Familiarity with Node.js or any backend scripting language. Basic understanding of frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. Academic or project exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or Git-based version control. Curiosity and interest in GenAI and emerging technologies.
