Primary Skills:
- B.tech/Master in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Typescript and Java.
- Experience developing with React as part of a team.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Experience prototyping quickly when needed.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and result-oriented culture
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Experience in leading an engineering team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proven experience leading the strategic adoption of AI-assisted development tools and agents (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, automation bots) across a team, including defining best practices, integrating with existing SDLC/CI-CD workflows, and mentoring engineers on effective and responsible use Preferred Skills:
- Experience presenting ideas, techniques, or approaches to other team members
- Experience in full stack development ranging from front-end user interfaces to backend systems
- Experience with Node.js and Next.js
- Experience with AWS
