Process Operator (Haryana)

About the Role We are looking for Plant Operators to run reactors, solvent exchange systems, pressure vessels and other equipments at our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for executing batch processes, handling chemicals, and ensuring safe and consistent plant operations. What Youll Do Process Operations
- Operate reactors, solvent exchange vessels, and pressure systems as per SOPs and batch instructions
- Execute batch processes including charging, monitoring, and discharging
- Maintain required process conditions (temperature, pressure, time) Monitoring & Control
- Monitor process parameters through gauges, indicators, and basic control systems
- Identify deviations and report to shift engineers/supervisors
- Take corrective actions as per defined procedures Safety & Chemical Handling
- Handle chemicals and solvents safely as per guidelines
- Follow plant safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements
- Use PPE at all times and ensure protected working practices
- Respond to abnormal situations such as leaks, pressure deviations, or equipment issues Equipment Handling & Maintenance
- Perform pre-start checks and basic inspection of equipment
- Identify leaks, abnormal sounds, or unsafe conditions
- Support maintenance teams during shutdowns and repairs Coordination & Shift Work
- Work closely with shift engineers and other operators
- Ensure proper handover between shifts with clear communication
- Maintain discipline in shift-based operations Documentation
- Record batch details, process parameters, and operational issues
- Maintain logs for operations, safety, and incidents Who You Are Minimum Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical)
- 3-5 years of experience in plant or process operations
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment and safety practices Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in chemical, pharma, or process industries
- Familiarity with batch processes and solvent handling
- Exposure to reactors, pressure systems, or similar equipment
