Job Details:
- Job Title: RA / SRA / RS / SRS Pharmaceutical R&D; (FRD)
- Department: Formulation R&D; (FRD)
- Qualification: M. Pharm / PhD (Pharmaceutics or relevant specialization)
- Experience: 35 years and 6–10 years in Pharmaceutical Formulation R&D;
- Market Exposure: USFDA / EU / ROW / India / other regulated markets
- Job Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities:
- Develop oral solid dosage forms (tablets/capsules) or other dosage forms as per project requirements.
- Conduct literature searches and pre-formulation studies for product development.
- Handle lab-scale equipment (blenders, granulators, compression machines, coating machines, etc.).
- Prepare development reports, protocols, and technical documents.
- Manage technology transfer to production or pilot scales.
- Troubleshoot formulation and scale-up activities.
- Coordinate with Analytical, QA, QC, regulatory teams, and other CFTs. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated market products (USFDA / EU / other regulated markets) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of formulation development and scale-up.
