Job Title: QA Associate US Healthcare RCM Operations Location Gurugram, Haryana Work from Office | Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts
- 6 Days working About the Role SoftAge is hiring QA Associates for a large-scale US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) engagement supporting Infinx operations. The role is responsible for auditing healthcare remittance transactions, ensuring process accuracy, identifying defects, and maintaining compliance with client-defined quality benchmarks and SLAs. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and hands-on exposure to healthcare payment posting, remittance processing, or transaction quality auditing. Key Responsibilities Quality Auditing & Validation
- Audit processed transactions related to:
- Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Remittance Advice
- Insurance Payments
- Denial Letters
- Payor Mapping
- Data Keying activities
- Validate accuracy of payment posting, denial codes, adjustments, payer identification, and claim-level information
- Conduct quality checks as per defined sampling methodology and audit guidelines Compliance & SLA Monitoring
- Ensure adherence to client quality benchmarks and operational SLAs
- Maintain accuracy standards of 98% and above
- Follow HIPAA-compliant data handling and process governance standards
- Identify process deviations and highlight recurring quality issues Reporting & Feedback
- Share audit feedback with operations teams and supervisors
- Maintain audit trackers, error logs, and quality reports
- Participate in calibration sessions and process reviews
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action tracking Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements to reduce rework and operational defects
- Assist in creating quality documentation and SOP adherence
- Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives for production teams Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, Payment Posting, Quality Auditing, or Healthcare Operations
- Experience in healthcare remittance processing or transaction auditing preferred
- Understanding of EOBs, denial codes, adjustments, and claim workflows
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts from office Required Skills
