This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused heavily on enterprise networking, infrastructure visibility and AI-driven observability. What we're looking for: Solid networking background Presales/ Solutions Engineering experience Enterprise customer exposure Knowledge of observability, telemetry, packet or flow data Strong communication and presentation skills Ideal backgrounds: Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Gigamon, Extra Hop, Riverbed, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, Cribl or similar.
