Billing Engineer – Interior Projects (Haryana)

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Engineer to manage and streamline billing and quantity estimation processes for high-end interior fit-out projects The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BOQ preparation quantity surveying client billing and subcontractor billing with the ability to coordinate closely with project procurement and finance teams Key Responsibilities BOQ Preparation Verification Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities based on drawings and site conditions Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural MEP and interior drawings Billing Invoicing Prepare client bills in accordance with contract terms and site progress Coordinate with the site team for progress measurement and certification Raise and verify subcontractor bills as per their work scope and measurements Site Coordination Regularly visit sites to verify quantities and ensure as-built vs planned alignment Liaise with site engineers and project managers for timely billing updates Documentation Compliance Maintain records of work orders variations rate analysis and contracts Ensure all billing is done as per the approved drawings and specifications Cost Control Reporting Monitor cost vs budget and highlight variances Provide input on project profitability and cash flow reports Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field 3-5 years of experience in billing for interior fit-out projects Solid knowledge of interior design elements materials and MEP services Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and ERP Billing software Good understanding of contracts rate analysis and estimation Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial residential or retail interiors Familiarity with IS codes CPWD norms and standard measurement books D S R Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 360 000 00
