- Furniture Fixtures Position Graduate Engineer Trainee Production Type Full-time On-site Factory-Based Role About SPAR Technovet Pvt Ltd SPAR Technovet is a turnkey interiors and fit-out company specializing in bespoke commercial and residential projects With in-house capabilities in wood metal stone and upholstery manufacturing we deliver high-quality customized furniture and fixtures for retail hospitality healthcare museums and residential spaces Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Graduate Engineer Trainees GETs from Production or Mechanical Engineering backgrounds who are eager to learn and build a career in the furniture and interior manufacturing industry The GET will assist in production planning process supervision material flow quality control and coordination between design production and site teams Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day production planning and scheduling for furniture and fixture manufacturing Learn and support various manufacturing processes such as wood cutting machining assembly metal fabrication and finishing Coordinate with design engineers to understand shop drawings and technical details Monitor production progress material usage and process efficiency on the shop floor Support supervisors in maintaining workflow safety and housekeeping standards Participate in quality checks inspections and documentation Assist in inventory control and material handling with the stores and purchase team Contribute ideas for process improvement cost reduction and productivity enhancement Prepare daily weekly production reports and submit to the production head Undergo continuous training to gain hands-on experience in different factory departments Qualifications Skills B E B Tech in Production Engineering Mechanical Engineering Freshers or up to 1 year of experience Strong interest in furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out production Basic understanding of manufacturing processes materials and quality standards Ability to read basic technical drawings AutoCAD SketchUp knowledge preferred Valuable communication teamwork and problem-solving abilities Proficient in MS Excel Word and basic reporting tools Eager to learn adaptable and willing to work on the shop floor Training Growth Structured training and mentorship program across key production areas
